OUR MISSION
Reducing the need and cost of care for the homeless by providing aid with respect, providing advocacy for those seeking to leave the street, raising awareness of homeless issues in Kansas City, working with, rather than duplicating, what others do and addressing underlying causes.
AHH is excited to offer our newest program, Shelter in Place, aimed at helping the community during the Covid 19 crises. This program began in the Greater Kansas City area and has now expanded to Lawrence as well! For more information please visit Shelter in Place Program.
