Every hour begins another 4.167-mile lap. Every day, someone experiencing homelessness gets another opportunity to rebuild their life. I’m running this Backyard Ultra to support Artists Helping the Homeless because hope is built one step, one hour, and one person at a time.
On Friday at 7:00 PM, I’ll begin a Backyard Ultra in Minnesota. Every hour, runners complete a 4.167-mile loop. When the next hour begins, we do it again…and again…until only one runner remains.
